A little history

Once upon a time, there was a squire of Louis XIV who received the domain of La Denerie in gratitude for his good and loyal services and was named a knight: Iehan Toillet.
Alternately a military hospital during the Vendée wars then a jam factory in the 19th century, the estate has passed from hand to hand to us.
Patiently, we have restored it to restore its former glory, but our task is not yet finished.

Our prices are global (including rental of the gîte, cleaning costs, supply of sheets and towels), except the tourist tax. For a longer stay and a specific rate, contact us.

Payment method and cancellation conditions

Cash, credit card, check, bank transfer, holiday vouchers. 

The booking is confirmed upon receipt of a deposit corresponding to 30% of the total stay.

Stay conditions

  • Arrival: from 3 PM (late arrival possible upon request).
  • Departure: before 10 AM
  • Security deposit upon arrival: €800
  • Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival in addition to the booking
  • Cancellation fees: The tenant, if they unilaterally cancel the rental less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date, forfeits the amounts paid.
  • Between April and October, heating is provided at the request of the client.
    The heating fee will then be subject to additional billing.
